To log in to Medicat, please use your Deerfield Academy username and password. If you have trouble with your password and are not an Academy employee, please click forgot password to reset it.  If you do not know your username, please call the Help Desk at 413-774-1444.

Once logged in, you will have access to all of the on-line Health Forms that need to be completed annually, as well as the downloadable Annual Physical Exam form to take to your child's medical provider.
